MINAP. The Myocardial Ischaemia National Audit Project (MINAP) is a national clinical audit of the management of heart attack. It supplies participating hospitals and ambulance services in England, Wales and Northern Ireland with a record of their management and compares this with nationally and internationally agreed standards.
